These terms describe the rules for using RideSnac.
Using the app
Don’t misuse the app, break laws, or try to access other users’ accounts. We may suspend accounts that abuse the system.
Ride + food delivery
ETAs, availability, and pricing shown in the app are estimates and can change based on real-world conditions.
Chat rules
Don’t post illegal content, harassment, hate, or spam. We may remove messages, restrict access, or suspend accounts to keep the community safe. You can report messages in-app, and our team reviews reports and takes action when needed.
Subscriptions
If RideSnac offers a subscription (for example, RideSnac Plus), it is purchased through Apple In‑App Purchase on iOS. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings.
Account & security
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe.
Account deletion
You can delete your account inside the app or from the web at /account/delete.
